How do I set up a TCP connection on my BlackBerry?

If you receive an open tunnel failure when trying to create a new account in RepliGo Professional, then you may be able to change your BlackBerry TCP Options to get connected to the RepliGo.net service.

Here are the instructions:

  1. Find your carrier’s TCP settings. Below is a list settings known to work for various carriers. Another good way to find these settings is to search the Internet using the words BlackBerry TCP Settings.

  2. On your BlackBerry, go to Home Screen > Options > Advanced Options > TCP. Enter the settings you found in step 1 and close the TCP screen, choosing to save your changes.
  3. Start RepliGo on your device and choose New Account from the menu. Scroll down to the Connection Type field and change it to the TCP setting. Now select Create Account from the menu. If you get another error, then repeat these steps with different TCP settings ntil you find settings that work. If your carrier’s settings are not listed below, please contact Cerience with the settings that worked for your carrier so we can update this article.
