Why am I getting an "Invalid username or password" error message?
Your username was set up when you created your account. If you cannot remember your password, go to the following web page and reset it:

If you cannot remember your password or you have recently changed your password online at RepliGo.net, then you must also enter your new password on your device. Start RepliGo and select Options to enter your new password. Select Log In from the menu to verify the new password.
If you are still having problems, try logging into your account at RepliGo.net. Passwords are sometimes difficult to enter on the handset. If you can successfully log in at RepliGo.net, then you may have incorrectly entered your password in RepliGo on your device.
