I don’t see the "Open with RepliGo" menu. Why?
Make sure you’ve installed the Phone, MemoPad and Tasks applications on your device. If the MemoPad and Tasks applications are not installed you will see this behavior. Connect your device to your PC and open the Desktop Manager. Start the Application Loader and select the MemoPad and Tasks applications to install.
If these applications are present, then you may need to reset your device. Simply turn off your device, pull your battery out and reinsert it.
