Why do I get a "failed to notify" error for some of my users on the Deploy page in the RepliGo Administrator?

If you tried to deploy to multiple users at the same time and the operation succeeded for some but not for others, then those users may not be enabled for MDS in the BlackBerry Manager.

If you look at the following log file in RepliGo Server, you will see which users were not notified:

<install>\webapps\docsrv\WEB-INF\log\docsrv.log

Make sure the user is enabled for the Mobile Data Service in the BlackBerry manager, then try deploying to those users again.
