RepliGo Server System Requirements **minimum**

 

RepliGo Server

  • Intel® Pentium® IV processor, 2GHz, 2GB RAM or greater. Note: RAM requirement may be higher if installing RepliGo Server on the same machine where BES is installed.
  • Windows 2003 Server to Windows Server 2008 R2
  • A minimum of 325 MB of disk space is required for installation. Also, disk space will be used for document caching and will vary depending on your organization’s usage. Minimum 1 GB of disk space per 100 users.
  • JavaScript enabled web browser (Internet Explorer 6 or higher, and Firefox 2 and 3, Google Chrome), for using the browser-based RepliGo Server Administrator application. Note: JavaScript scripting must be enabled.

BlackBerry Environment

  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1.2 to 5.0.3 mr3 for Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino or Novell Groupwise or BES Express 5.0.3 mr1
  • BlackBerry Enterprise Server must have MDS (Mobile Data System) enabled for all users utilizing the solution. Note: This may require an IT Policy change to “Allow Internal Connections.”
  • BlackBerry devices with OS 4.2.1 to OS 7 Bundle 1549 (7.0.0.317 platform 5.0.0.515)

Other Requirements

  • Fonts supporting additional languages must be installed via the Windows Control Panel in order to view documents in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hebrew, Arabic and other languages. Alternatively, the Microsoft Office font “Arial Unicode MS” can be installed if you meet the conditions of Microsoft Office’s EULA.
  • Microsoft Office 2007 can optionally be installed to support Office 2007 documents. No additional software is required for support of previous Office formats (2003 and earlier). Windows Server 2008 R2 is required for 64bit without MS Office based document conversion or Windows Server 2008 32 bit for MS Office based conversion.
  • Microsoft SharePoint 3.0 to SharePoint 2007 or Microsoft SharePoint Server (MOSS): SharePoint Server 2007 for accessing SharePoint document libraries from the RepliGo client. Note: RepliGo also works with Microsoft SharePoint 2.X for browsing, storing, and retrieving.
  • Microsoft Exchange environment required for supporting email body content viewing and printing.
  • Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 for Document Repository access.
