of (Fort Collins, CO) December 1, 2003 — Cerience Corporation (www.cerience.com) today announced that SATELLIFE (www.healthnet.org), an organization committed to implementing information technology to improve health care in the world's poorest countries, has deployed RepliGo™ for Palm OS and Windows Mobile™ Pocket PC throughout Africa in an effort to distribute timely and critical information to health care providers in the most remote areas of Uganda, South Africa, and Kenya. Uganda Health Information Network has been using RepliGo to move information out to where it is needed most and can now package local and international health and medical information and put it in the hands of health workers in environments where electricity, telephone lines, and books are not readily available, and the Internet may still be years away.
