New Version Gets a Speed Boost, Advanced File Management and Key Usability Improvements
Fort Collins, CO – December 21, 2009 — Cerience Corporation today announced the immediate availability RepliGo™ Reader 2.0 for BlackBerry® from Research in Motion (RIM). The new version is a major upgrade to its native PDF viewing software for BlackBerry smartphones. The new version offers the following key features:
- New page caching provides faster loading of new and previously viewed pages.

- New file management features: Delete, Copy, Move, New Folder, Rename and Save.
- New Send as Email feature allows PDF files to be emailed directly from the application.

- Enhanced support for Asian-based languages and character sets.
“We think users are really going to love the speed improvements we made in version 2.0 and how tightly we’ve integrated PDF viewing with BlackBerry email.” said Dave Formanek, Vice President of Product Development at Cerience. “Our team has once again raised the bar on usability while incorporating key customer requests such as on-device file management and greater support for the PDF specification.”
